My first born niece was born right around Easter so it was a no-brainer that we had to throw her a bunny themed first birthday party!
It turned out so cute and better yet - some of the decor can be re-used for Easter!
We started with this "One" banner. This was used to hang along the highchair when we brought out the cake. It was super cute alone, but adding the two bows on the end finished it nicely!
Next we made these bunny banners. This was so simple to make, we just cut the bunnies out with the #cricut, added some cotton balls as bunny tails then weaved the string through. Such a simple yet cute design!
Since it was her first birthday we had to create a monthly photo banner, right? For this banner we used the same template for the bunny banner above, cut out the corresponding numbers to represent the months in opposite colors and ta-da! Everyone was a huge fan of this one!
This next banner we found at the Target dollar section, but it would be so easy to recreate with your #Cricut, some burlap, felt and mini cotton balls! This was such a fun little piece and one that could most definitely be re-used for Easter!
This banner is made out of pieces of chalk board so with some water and a rag, our writing can be removed therefore making this piece re-usable for any occasion! The mini bunnies were glued on, but could easily be removed if needed.
For our table centerpieces we used these "One" bunny sticks. The bunny is the same template previously used, just enlarged a bit and glued onto a wooden stick to be the focus point in our vases. These were spread out on all the tables!
This party was a huge success, we were so pleased with how the decor turned out. We're even more excited to see what the next theme will be!
Thanks for reading!
